About the role
You will run the counter at the SFO Rental Center: greeting customers, verifying licences, taking payment and walking people through their car.
What you will do
- Hand over and take back cars, recording odometer and battery level - Answer questions on charging, tolls and parking - Keep the lot tidy and the chargers working - Reassign bookings when a car goes to the workshop
What we are looking for
- A year in retail, hospitality or travel - A clean driving record and a valid California licence - Calm when the queue is long
